Believe it or not a bitter truth has came to sight that some of the doctors are keeping back the truth and refusing to give the medical information from the health records with what they are concerned. And also they are lying and helping the patients and public to protect their privacy and also giving aids and abets in many information issues like issuing false medical reports and certification to puzzle other for various reasons best know to them. 

Recent survey in this regard reveals that 344 members of the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons, 87 percent reported that patients had asked them to rub out data from their records, and 78 percent had complied. Nearly one fifth admitted to making false entries in several matter.

Mark Schiller, a psychiatrist from San Francisco Bay area and member of the AAPS board of directors, says that because of privacy concerns, he only takes basic notes about patients' condition and medications and ignores all the formalities what it takes. 

Since an incomplete or distorted record poses its own risks for medication of many patients as the probability to prescribe an unwanted dosage is there with what the doctor is ignorant. As it is found that ant psychotic medications to patients who had not divulged their cocaine or crystal meth habits are a but risky if prescribed without proper administration of medication. 

Still the balance of privacy concerns are emphasized by both the patients and physicals despite the perilous hazards.

culls, and evidence of which takes him back to 65 million of years when mammals like Dinosaur  were to be found. But the situation is worst now as human beings are crumbling to the environmental affair of nature which will result nothing but biting one's own head. However he had said that life with out giant mammal will be regular on the earth but its obviously a sad news for all.
