What a dendric cell do is that it activates the Cancer killing T cell by  making tumor associated antigens  on their facade. that why dendric cells are  vital to the regulation, maturation and maintenance of  cellular immune of human body that response against the cancer. But the problem now arising in the bio technology is that the dendric cells can't be employed in the cancer vaccine therapy because they could not be secluded from the individual patients which are  encumbered with  tumor specific antigens in the Lab which are to be administered back to the same patients.
